Robby was so easy to work with. The bid was clear, he provided a list of nearby addresses to inspect colors, and dropped off some gutter samples for us to look at. He replied promptly to email, calls and text messages. We scheduled a start date immediately after our return from travel, and sure enough, the crew showed up first thing Monday morning. They finished early, cleaned up all of the mess thoroughly, and were polite to us and respectful of our property. Robby checked in at regular intervals both by phone and on-site to monitor progress. The gutter company also called, confirmed, came and finished as scheduled.
What happened before we hired you? My husband and I had a miscommunication and another roofer put us under contract. It was not a good choice and we tried to rescind, but of course it was “too late.” I had happened to get Robby’s name from another person, and I called him to chat. He was able to supply me with some information I was able to use to not work with this other roofer. He also was quite positive and encouraging without asking for my business. Of course we called immediately after resolving our original situation.
I was a custom home builder with my brother back in the 80’s and 90’s in Virginia. I wish we had had Robby and Griffith Roofers as our subcontractor.
