Zac Pickle has been involved with the roofing industry since 2022 and joined the Griffith family in 2024. Pickle has brought on a younger entrepreneurial mindset to Griffith. Before his roofing career he sold industrial pumps to refineries in Pasadena. Zac followed his education & experience at Southlake Carroll and graduated in 2014. Pickle then attended the University of Arkansas Walton school of business, along with Blinn College.  He is an avid Bass fisherman and won the FLW national championship in 2015 for the Razorbacks. Pickle has extensive knowledge of navigating insurance claims and general construction.
