This note is to thank you and your team for doing a great job replacing my roof from the 5/27/24 hail related storm damage. I want to take a moment to tell you a few things.

Chris Crump, who was my neighbor and his roof is featured on your website, used Griffith to replace his roof a number of years ago. He referred me to your company when I needed some roof repair but wasn’t ready for a full replacement. Robby was great in targeting what I needed for patching and didn’t try to upsell me. Since then, I have referred Griffith to many people in Southlake, including a couple of my neighbors who have used your services in the last year.

When it was time to replace my roof, I had no doubt who to call. Not only did Robby, David, and Brad help me with everything from identifying additional damage that I didn’t see initially, to matching colors to my new gutters and garage doors, but they held my hand through the insurance process with USAA. And, if that wasn’t enough, Robby provided me with referrals to other contractors for painting, etc. for internal and external storm related damage.

Although I am still waiting on some insurance reimbursement, I am very pleased to almost close this chapter on this project.

Thank you to your team – and a special shout out to the 2 wonderful women who were on my roof during the shingle replacement! Sorry, I do not recall their names.

I will continue to give Griffith my endorsement whenever asked.
